So another Chinnor passes...
I had to write a brief review and share some photos because not only was I there this year, but I was among so many other women, all having a brilliant time, so I just wanted to recommend Chinnor as a great option next year if you want to find a welcoming, relaxed and fun vibe.
Things to know:
You can camp, but you don't have to -no judgement if you don't, same goes for arriving by car - not everyone can face two wheels and a hangover!
The rally runs Friday to Sunday, but there is a Saturday morning ride out/in and its a great way to take in the pretty countryside and little villages around the rally site.
You won't starve - there are food stalls, and you can BBQ off the ground too.
You won't dehydrate either - well, it probably depends what you imbibe, but the ice didn't run out for as long as I was grabbing my G&Ts this weekend, and the bar prides itself on a great selection if ales/cider.
Music is key too of course - there's a professional main stage, and a live lounge...check out the facebook page as there are videos posted, including mine here: https://www.facebook.com/616359407/videos/pcb.10168271112869408/2607316339727195
Oh, I could go on about Chinnor, there's just something special about it - its certainly worth the ride down here, and many do travel a fair way for this one. Hopefully I'll see you there next year, Ed.
